Binge-Watch

Okay, I know this is not great news for everyone, but for Doctor Who fans in the US, it is. According to this article from The Wrap, BBC America will air every episode of the reboot before the premiere of Season 11. Which allows fans to binge-watch every episode. The only word for that is wow. One does need to understand, everyone who is a fan can watch them all. Of course, that statement may not be right either. Some fans may be able to watch them all, but this one can’t because of a job.

What I get from this is, as a fan with a DVR, recording them is a perfect idea. The only problem is remembering to set the recording. Which shouldn’t be a problem for a Whovian, right? Come on why would any Whovian in America miss out on this opportunity? I can’t see why anyone with a DVR won’t or can’t set a series recording.

Yeah, I know other Whovians around the world won’t have the same privilege. I wish I could do something for them to see all the new episodes, but I can’t. Maybe the Whovians in other countries will find a way to have the same privilege.

Well, I do feel sorry for those Whovians in other places, because I know what I know what it means to be a Whovian. I don’t know everything about Doctor Who, and to be honest, I lack knowledge. But I try to watch all I can and research all I can to learn more. Thanks to BBC America, I will be able to refresh my memory of past Doctors and their exploits. It will also allow me to see more of the ones I love as well as get better acquainted with the ones I don’t know very well.

I am sorry the UK, Europe, India, Mexico, and other countries will not get this. But I hope they find a way for those Whovians to binge-watch all the episodes of the reboot. Whovians around the have waited long enough for Season 11. Let’s be joyful and wish everyone the best as we start season 11. We start looking for a new and better season with all new actors, writes, planets, and enemies.
