Michelle Ryan will be the actress playing her and for those who love audiobooks, you will need to buy this.
Since I only watched the PLanet of the Dead once, I really can’t say too much about the character. But for those who love her, this is a great way to bring her back to Doctor Who. I love that Big Finish does these audio books. They have played a big part in keeping Doctor Who alive.
Ryan is pleased she is back even though it is not with David Tennant. If I were her, I would feel the same way. Doctor Who is the ultimate acting job in television. Therefore, to get a part in Doctor Who is like at the top.
Big Finish books are something which fans love because they give fans more Doctor Who. Fans will love the fact there will be four new audio productions with Lady Christina. Yeah, there may be a little letdown because Tennant’s Doctor is not with her, but hey it is great that they are doing the books.
I have not listened to any of the audiobooks, but there is always a time and place to begin. Maybe this is something I need to do. I can start by finding them online and buying them. Well, I don’t know if that will happen right now, but maybe in the future.
In conclusion, yes this is great for Ryan and Doctor Who. Ryan gets to play Lady Christina and Doctor Who continues in production albeit just audio. Fans are glad and thankful for Big Finish production because of their work.
