Almost Here

Almost here, this is my reaction to April making it here. I am ready for new Doctor Who episodes. Yeah watching the older ones is okay, but you see most of them I already know what is going to happen. I still enjoy watching them but not as much as the new episodes.

There is two or three teaser trailers for season 10, which the BBC releases. These only make me mad. Why you might ask? Well, all is does is make feel like the release of the first show is not ever coming. Even though I know it will it makes it seem so far away.

Season 10 brings us a new companion in Bill, and from the trailers I can’t wait to see her in action. From all I read she is basically new to Doctor Who. With that being said, Steven Moffat eases her into the role. She will make the show better I believe. I say this because of the way the trailers show her reactions to different enemies and places that she sees.

Almost here means we don’t have very long before the first story airs. I do not not what the first one is, but I really don’t care. I just want some new Doctor Who. And all the teasers do is make me want to see it more. Even though this is Peter Capaldi’s last season, this I believe may be his best. This is another reason why I am so glad it is almost here. Capaldi’s first two series are written with Clara being the focus. This I believe hurt the program, in that it is Doctor Who and the Doctor is to be the center of attention. My hopes with the season is that it returns to a Doctor focused theme.

Well, April 15th will be here before we know. I am so excited to have new Doctor Who this month. I am certainly hoping this year is a good one for Capaldi and Moffat as they are leaving the show.
